Examples: Come the winter if your Bitterroot home is your second home, we'll make sure the water is properly shut off and drained, heating is working correctly and weather sealing is in good shape to avoid frozen pipes and animal infestation. We also offer daily, weekly, monthly home inspections to checkup on your home's condition. Same price.
Protect your home
Examples: Review bids for a kitchen remodel, perform a QC audit on a current home improvement project to make sure the contractor(s) are doing what they say they are, while supplying you with real-world figures on budgets and timelines on completion based on current project status. Expedite building plans with town/county. (AKA - Project Management)

Examples: Deck, outdoor living space, landscape, mancave, barn rehab, yoga studio, home office, permanent art
Save your home @ $175 an hour (Emergency Repair available 24/7)
Example: Sprang a leak in the basement and there isn't a plumber willing to come until next Thursday.
We strongly recommend using a licensed plumber, or electrician when possible. But, if you have an emergency and no one is willing to help, we're here for you! Please note: Though we offer emergency services throughout the Bitterroot Valley, we charge travel time (both ways) at $75 an hour.
